Purchase Policy

1. Purpose
This Purchase Policy governs the acquisition of tickets and registrations to the Toskanimed Aesthetic Medicine Conference (TAM LATAM 2026), held September 20–23, 2026 at the JW Marriott Turnberry, Miami.
2. Prices and payment
Registration prices are listed on the event website and may vary depending on the purchase period and ticket type. All amounts are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made through the methods enabled during the registration process. A place is confirmed once full payment has been received.
3. Registration confirmation
After completing payment you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within a reasonable period, contact the organizer to verify the status of your registration.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organizer. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the deadlines and conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made outside the established deadlines or for non-attendance at the event.
5. Transfer of registration
Registration is personal. Name transfers may be authorized on an exceptional basis, upon request to the organizer and with sufficient notice before the conference.
6. Program changes
The organizer may modify speakers, schedules, or program content for reasons beyond its control, without this giving rise to any right to a refund, provided the essence of the event is maintained.
7. Accommodation and travel
Unless expressly stated, accommodation, travel, and personal expenses are not included in the registration and are the responsibility of the attendee.
